Impact Program Overview

We all want our lives to have it, and we all want our own lives to be impacted by what we do for God! IMPACT is designed for people like you who want to gain valuable experience while investing their lives in a ministry that makes a difference. Whether you are finishing high school or college, searching for a second career, or considering how to invest your retirement years, IMPACT is for you.

IMPACT is open for people who desire to serve at the International Headquarters. You would agree to serve for a minimum of one year and there would be many opportunities available. Depending upon the circumstances, you may be asked to complete an internship prior to becoming an IMPACT missionary.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS!

STEP 1:  Submit an online application.

STEP 2: CEF Recruitment will speak with you to discuss the available positions and which program is best for you. You will undergo a interview, and if accepted for the position, a support raising budget will be established.

STEP 3:  Build your support team by presenting your ministry to individuals and churches to gain financial and prayer support.

STEP 4: Serve one year in the ministry. You will gain valuable experience, build strong relationships with your support team, and find out if CEF is your calling.

STEP 5: Meet with CEF leadership to determine your next steps. You may want to continue with CEF or determine God is calling you elsewhere – either way you will be better prepared to serve Him.
