BLOG: HIGH CALLING

Do you need to be reminded of how much God loves and cares for you? Do you need encouragement that you are not alone? Have you experienced lately the loving arms of your Heavenly Father’s embracing you?

A young woman brought her fiancé home to meet her parents. After dinner, her mother told the girl’s father to find out about the young man. The father invited the fiancé to his office for a talk.
“So, what are your plans?” the father asked the young man.

“For every beast of the forest is mine, the cattle on a thousand hills” (Psalm 50:10 ESV).

Of all the wonderful verses in God’s Word, are there any greater verses than ones like Psalm 50:10? God owns everything we see, hear, taste, touch, feel, and sense!

Just like having a right heart is critical for a joyful Christian life, having the right people leading is critical for a joyful Christian ministry. You may have good people, but do you have the right people? The right people will naturally build the right culture.

Jesus looked at the city of Jerusalem and was moved. Not because of the crumbling buildings, the roads in disrepair, or the billboards that needed to be replaced.
